Install is developing in construction, industry and infrastructure and is now looking for new employees to join our team in construction and concrete.

About the service
Install is now looking for site managers and supervisors for our construction and concrete operations in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. We can offer you a developing journey with a central role in large and exciting infrastructure projects. We believe in participation where we together create opportunities in each assignment, build trust for long-term relationships and create added value for the customer. We are looking for you who have previous experience in the industry and similar positions.

Install has locations throughout northern Sweden, which means that you can work from one of our 8 local offices.

Duties and tasks
As a supervisor at Install in construction and concrete, you have an independent and varied job with great personal responsibility. In collaboration with the team, you and your colleagues plan and lead the project forward, follow up on schedules, allocate resources and ensure that we keep our promises. You manage and distribute the ongoing work in production and actively contribute to the technical and financial implementation of the project. You are responsible for keeping both time frames, project budgets and performing the work with good quality. Of course, you also work to maintain good ongoing contact with our clients.

Examples of work tasks:

• Establish and be responsible for production costing
• Directing and managing work in the field
• Maintain communication with customers
• Provide supporting documents such as project finances and forecasts
• Carry out project procurement and delivery controls
• Review drawings and buildability

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have previous experience of similar assignments with responsibility for project management in construction and concrete and a basic competence in construction. You have leadership experience, but not necessarily from professional life, and good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you have:

• B driving licence
• Concrete class 1 or class 2
• Knowledge in project management and experience in participating in construction projects
• Have basic knowledge of construction law
• Have good calculation skills, as well as experience working against a project budget
• Knowledge of MAP or Bidcon

The work requires you to be self-motivated and have the ability to work in parallel with several different tasks. Being structured and thorough is a prerequisite for success.
