Site Manager / Foreman – Concrete
Install is growing within infrastructure and is now looking for a site manager/project manager for our concrete operations. Here, you will have a central role in production – with responsibility for ensuring that the work runs smoothly day-to-day and drives projects forward.
About the roles
As a site manager/foreman with us, you will work closely with production and lead the daily work in the field. You will ensure that the work is carried out according to plan, drawings and instructions – and that the right resources are in place at the right time. You are the link between project management and production, and play an important role in making the overall picture function in practice, day by day.
Responsibilities
- Lead and allocate the daily work in production
- Ensure that the work follows the plan, drawings and instructions
- Follow up on production, time, and resources at the activity level
- Ensure that materials, equipment and staffing are in place
- Actively work with the work environment and safety in daily work
- Report progress, deviations, and needs to project/production management
- Support the team in working methods, structure and execution
Who are you?
You have experience in construction/infrastructure, preferably in concrete, and thrive in a role where you are close to production and make things work in practice. You are used to taking responsibility in everyday life, prioritising correctly and creating structure in a dynamic role. At the same time, you build trust within the team and collaborate easily with different functions.
To succeed in the role, we believe you will:
- Has experience from construction or civil engineering/infrastructure
