Install continues to grow and now needs more employees to join our team who want to install the communication of the future together with us. We are now looking for a Project Manager for our business in Skellefteå.
About the service
The profile we are looking for should have solid experience of project management in major contracts. Location is Skellefteå.
Duties and tasks
As a project manager at Install, you mainly work with work management of construction projects for our customers. You are responsible for keeping both time frames, project budgets and of course for maintaining good ongoing contact with our clients. You also work with forecasts and internal reporting on your projects.
Examples of tasks that you will be responsible for and work on are:
- Calculation
- Budget
- Time planning
- Project management
- Financial responsibility
- Construction law
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have previous experience in project management and a high level of expertise in construction. You have good leadership experience. In addition to the position requiring you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, you are also required to:
- Has a B driving licence
- Good computer skills in Office 365
- Experience in participating in construction projects
- Have good calculation skills, as well as experience working against a project budget
- Have basic knowledge of construction law
- Knowledge in project management
