Leading Fibre Technician - with a holistic approach and drive
We are now looking for a Senior Fibre Technician to join our team in Luleå - working throughout Norrbotten and Northern Finland. The position involves travelling, something you see as a natural part of the job. Do you have solid experience as a fibre technician and are looking for the next challenge? Do you want to combine practical work with planning, responsibility and quality thinking? Then this is the role for you.
About the roles
You will have a key responsibility in our fibre projects - from early planning to implementation and quality assurance. The role involves helping to manage the work on site, ensuring that the right resources are used in the right way and that we deliver according to requirements and schedule.
Your tasks will include, among others:
- Participate in early stages to plan technical solutions and work arrangements
- Prepare documentation for drilling, excavation and material handling
- Perform splicing, measuring and documentation
- Follow up that the work is of the right quality - both in execution and results
- Act as a problem solver when challenges arise, in close contact with colleagues and customers
You'll be in a role where your technical expertise and holistic approach will make a big difference - both in planning and in the field.
Who are you?
We are looking for people who have:
- At least 5 years of experience as a fibre technician
- Used to working with the whole chain - from planning to finalised documentation
- Experience of assignments for major national clients
- Ability to work independently, structured and solution-oriented
