Fibre technician
Install continues to grow and is now looking for more people to join our team to create sustainable opportunities together with us. We are now looking for several Fibre technician to Skellefteå.
About the service
The profile we are looking for should see opportunities in every assignment, build trust for long-term relationships and create added value for the customer. We are looking for you who have long-term documented experience of fibre and installation, but also those who have just completed upper secondary electrical engineering/fibre technical training or equivalent.
Duties and tasks
As a fibre technician at Install, you work with fibre installations, maintenance and service in varying environments. Your role in the projects can be both leading and/or participating. You are expected to ensure that the customer's expectations and wishes are realised and preferably exceeded. Examples of work tasks:
- Laying of fibre
- Inclutch and blowing av fibre
- Cutting and welding of fibre
Who are you?
We are looking for people who have a strong technical interest and want to develop. It is an advantage if you have a electrical engineering/fibre technical training or equivalent.
You have a B driving licence and a good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have good computer skills in Office 365 and training in ESA-14.
We attach great importance to your personality. As the work involves direct contact with our customers, you need to be able to build trust with those around you and communicate clearly to achieve results. The work requires you to be self-motivated and have the ability to work in parallel with several different tasks. Being structured and thorough is a prerequisite for success.
