Install continues to grow and is now looking for more dedicated fibre technicians to work in Norway - an opportunity for those who want to contribute to a society where reliable communication and infrastructure build the future.

About the service
We are looking for people who see opportunities in every project and who build trust to create long-term relationships and added value for our customers. Whether you have several years of experience in fibre installation or have just completed an upper secondary electrical or fibre technology education, you are welcome to apply. Flexible place of employment both in Norway and Sweden but the work will take place in Norway.

Duties and tasks
As a fibre technician at Install, you will work with fibre installations, maintenance and service in a variety of environments. In your role, you may be both leading and participating in projects, where the focus is on realising and exceeding customer expectations. Your tasks may include, for example:

• Laying of fibre
• Fibre splicing and blowing
• Splicing and welding of fibres

Who are you?
You have a strong technical interest and a desire to grow and develop with us. You are a trained electrician or fibre technician, or have equivalent acquired knowledge and you have a B driving licence.

We value your personality highly. The work requires you to be self-motivated, structured and meticulous, and to have the ability to build trust and communicate clearly to achieve results. If you enjoy managing multiple tasks in parallel and have a strong drive to contribute to Install's success - then this could be the next step for you.
