Delivery and commissioning of 14 standby power stations

We have overall responsibility for the delivery, installation and commissioning of 14 backup power stations for SVK. The project involved a comprehensive process where all stations were pre-assembled with all the necessary technology in our production facility before being sent out to each site for final installation.

Each backup power station consists of a module equipped with electrical installation and backup power systems of varying capacities - 40 kVA, 60 kVA, and 85 kVA - customised for the specific needs of the customer at each site. The modules are delivered fully prepared, with general power and ventilation systems installed, as well as ready-made solutions for refuelling.

To ensure a smooth and efficient installation, we work in close co-operation with the customer. This means that we plan and carry out all steps together, from loading and transport to unloading and assembly at each site. Upon arrival on site, the modules are assembled and the pre-installed technology is commissioned, including start-up and tests to verify that the systems worked according to specification.

An important part of the project is the Site Acceptance Test (SAT), where all systems undergo rigorous testing to ensure that they fulfil all requirements and specifications. In addition, training of the customer's staff is carried out in connection with the installation, which means that they receive an in-depth review of the systems, their functions and maintenance.
