Excavation to the property
The installation includes excavation from the main pipeline (usually at the roadside) to the nearest house wall. Once the work is completed, we will refill the excavation with the existing soil.
Please note that grass seed and new topsoil are not included.

Introduction to the house
We drill a pipe into the house wall and pull the fibre into the property. Inside, up to 5 metres of cable are included, which allows the fibre equipment to be moved sideways if necessary.

Existing pipes
If pipes already exist on the property, these can be used, provided they are functional and the time taken is the same as for the ordinary installation procedure. In the event of blockages in the ducting, charges will be raised as follows.

Supplementary offers
Therefore, we offer the opportunity to supplement the standard installation with additional services.
