Backup power for municipalities - securing electricity where it is needed most
We have delivered a Reserve power module for Karlskoga municipality as part of the municipality's efforts to strengthen its preparedness and secure critical functions during power outages. The delivery refers to a care homes, where access to reliable electricity supply is crucial for both business and security.
The backup power module is designed to meet municipalities' high demands on security, accessibility and robustness. The solution is customised and designed to quickly secure electricity in the event of disruptions in the regular electricity grid.
Install has been responsible for the entire project - from design to final delivery - with a focus on quality, function and longevity. The assignment also includes option for an additional backup power module to the same customer, reflecting a long-term need and confidence in the solution.
The demand for backup power solutions continues to grow, especially in municipal and public sector organisations. Currently, Install 5-6 ongoing works on back-up power modules, where municipal preparedness and critical infrastructure is a clear focus area.
The pictures show the final checks and measurements carried out before delivery, an important step to ensure that the backup power solution fulfils the requirements and is ready to be commissioned by the customer.
