Install acquires the business Krokom Telecom AB

Install is growing throughout Norrland and now we are expanding in Jämtland. The expansion in Jämtland consists of an acquisition of Krokom Telecom AB. With this acquisition, Install increases its expertise in the Jämtland area.

Krokom Telecom are specialists in fibre blowing and node work, which perfectly complements Install's overall offering. Krokom Telecom has a solid experience with over 30 years in the industry in various constellations. As of 1/3, Krokom Telecom's operations will be transferred to Install Fiber.

- With the acquisition, we can directly meet the high demand and offer fibre installation services in our existing market. With Krokom Telecom's many years of experience, we get a welcome reinforcement of our team in Jämtland, says Jan Fransson, CEO, at Install.

Install and Krokom Telecom have collaborated on a number of different projects over the past year. The culture in each company is similar and contributes to the continued journey. With Krokom Telecom becoming part of Install, the entire Install will be 180 employees.
