Install has been named Career companies 2026, a prestigious award given to Sweden's most attractive employers. The award recognises our long-term efforts to create a workplace characterised by cooperation, quality and development. 

The nomination reads:

Every year, Karriärföretagen recognises employers who offer good development opportunities, a strong corporate culture and an attractive employer brand. The aim is to guide students and young professionals to employers that inspire and engage.

How the process works - three steps 

  1. Basic criteria: Approximately 1,000 employers are analysed in terms of size, recruitment efforts and HR structure.
  2. Expert panel: The 400 highest scorers are judged by a panel that scrutinises career pages, social media and activities aimed at students and professionals.
  3. Decision of the jury: A jury selects the Career Company of the Year. 

The jury consists of: 

  • Charlotte Hågård - one of Sweden's most respected talent and career experts
  • Anna Dyhre - Sweden's most hired Employer Branding speakers 
  • Torgny Johnsson - advisor and consultant in HR, former HR director at SAS and Infranord
