Install acquires land and construction company
The installation company Install in northern Sweden acquires the majority of the shares in Power Construction AB. This is part of its plan to offer complete solutions in power installations throughout Sweden.
Install has had a steep development curve since its inception in 2016 and Power Construction continues that journey. Growth has so far been about developing the existing operations in the two business areas of Electricity and Fibre. Power Construction, whose business delivers complete solutions in land and construction services, complements our offering in a good way. Power Construction has solid experience in the industry with its seven employees whose combined experience in the switchgear industry amounts to 25 years.
- With the acquisition of Power Construction, we can offer total solutions of complete power installations in a geographically larger market. Their experienced employees will be a welcome reinforcement of our team. With our joint offering, we will be well positioned for today's and tomorrow's needs in power installations, says Jan Fransson, CEO, at Install.
In recent years, the companies have encountered each other in various assignments, so our respective employees are not entirely unfamiliar with each other. With Power Construction becoming part of Install's operations, Install consists of almost 140 employees.
